Move In Ready Homes

Our builders have a variety of spec homes available for immediate purchase. These homes are great for families who need a move in ready home. Spec homes are commonly former model homes that are now available for sale. These homes include the latest designs, modern amenities and innovative floor plans. With a spec home, you have a chance to see the home in person and ask questions about the specific house you are purchasing. Even once complete, from contract to closing, the entire homebuying process could take anywhere from a few weeks to a month depending on your financing and title work.

Custom Build

Building a custom home is a great option if you are interested in picking your finishings, colors, and designing your own floor plan. Many buyers will start with an existing floor plan and mold it to fit their individual family’s needs. While this is an extremely rewarding process, the entire custom homebuilding process can take 9-12 months. There is no need to be overwhelmed by building a custom home, our Community Specialists are available to help every step of the way, from the initial contract to talking through design ideas, all the way through signing the closing documents, we’ll make sure your homebuilding process is as easy and painless as possible. Please visit with the Community Manager if you have custom changes you would like to make to one of the floor plan designs. The builders are happy to try and accommodate your revisions in order to make this new home uniquely your own.

AVAILABILITY: Due to design and square footage plan restrictions, please verify the availability of a floor plan with the Community Manager for the new home community you are considering.
